Cannon SuperBar S1 Mount .325 .063 Chainsaw Bar

Cannon SuperBar is a professional-grade chainsaw bar designed for saws running .325 pitch, where accurate tracking, smooth chain control and long service life are required.

Manufactured in Canada 🇨🇦 by Cannon Bar Works, SuperBars are hand-made from high-grade, custom-formulated alloy steel containing chromium for improved wear resistance and molybdenum for increased strength. The steel is cold rolled and annealed to achieve the correct balance of hardness, toughness and flexibility.

Bars are water-jet cut to eliminate heat-affected zones, then heat treated, oil quenched and press tempered. After hardening, each bar is straightened, surface ground and CNC machined to tight tolerances.

Cannon is known for its precision-honed bar groove. Rails are hand-ground, not milled, and each groove is individually finished and centred to within .002–.003", delivering smooth chain travel, accurate tracking and even rail wear.

The rails are flame hardened using Cannon’s proprietary process to produce deeper, harder wear surfaces than standard bars. Longer bars are heel-pressed and stress-relieved to reduce vibration and improve long-term durability.

All SuperBars are finished in a durable gunmetal or matte black coating and fitted with a single-rivet, replaceable sprocket nose.
