1 - OVERVIEW Thank you for shopping with Whites Forestry Equipment. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
2 - Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3 - Shipment method domestic Australia Post Regular 3-6 business days Australia Post Express 2-3 business days Courier 1-10 business days
4 - Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event we are not responsible for delays after the order has been despatched.
5 - We ship with Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, Toll Ipec, Couriers Please, DHL, and various other couriers.
6 - Shipment to P.O. boxes Whites Forestry Equipment ships to P.O addresses within Australia. If an item is too large or heavy for Australia Post we require a physical address where Courier can obtain signature.
7 - Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
8 - GST and TAXES Whites Forestry Equipment includes 10% GST on all domestic shipping prices quoted. International shipping excludes Australian GST.
9 - DAMAGES Whites Forestry Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
10 - INTERNATIONAL Shipping Policy We currently ship to the U.S, Canada, and New Zealand and a number of EU countries using Couriers and Australia Post. Whites Forestry Equipment is not responsible for any customs duties clearance fees and country taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
11 - RETURN TO SENDER, wrong or invalid address, failed delivery attempt. In the event your item is "RETURNED TO SENDER" Whites Forestry Equipment is not responsible for any cost associated with your consignment return and or re-delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address entered is correct before processing payment. All additional shipping costs relating to Return To Sender, Failed delivery attempt and or Re-Delivery will be additional at the purchasers expense.
