Shipping Information

 International orders – Yes we freight most items internationally. If you are purchasing multiple items please contact us for a freight quotation. 

 

Australian based orders – Most orders are shipped direct from our distribution centre, which is located in Mirboo North, Victoria, Australia. Most orders are processed within 1 – 5  business days after full payment is received.

Whites Forestry work with multiple couriers to provide an efficient delivery service, at the most cost effective price.

Items 22kg or less will be dispatched where possible with Australia Post, StarTack or Toll Ipec. Items over 22kg will be shipped via most cost effective local courier provider or TNT road freight.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label, you will be able to request tracking information. You can track your order at  Australia Post, StarTack, Toll FedEx or TNT websites.

A.T.L.

Most items despatched by Australia Post or StarTrack will be consigned with ATL (Authority to Leave). If your item is delivered by Toll FedEx or TNT a signature will be required on delivery or goods.

Unsuccessful delivery attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered without authority to leave (ATL) by Australia Post or StarTack, a notification slip will be left in your mail box for you to collect parcel from local post office.

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered without authority to leave (ATL) by Toll, FedEx or TNT a notification will be left in the mail box for you contact Toll, FedEx or TNT to arrange redelivery or collection from their depot. In the unlikely event your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email or phone.

Rejected by receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about gift to avoid parcel rejection. An additional cost will occur if parcel has to be despatched again.

The expected delivery time-frame given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service representative .

Pick up or arranging your own courier for order collection is available at our warehouse. To ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently  7 days advance notice is required for most orders. Contact us before placing your order.

Changes

Our Delivery Policy may change from time to time. We will post any delivery policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of delivery policy changes).
