How to order from the United States (via an Australian freight forwarder)

We don’t ship directly to US addresses. If you’re in the United States, you can use an Australian freight forwarder (for examples, Jetkrate or AUSFF – Australia Freight & Parcel Forwarding or a similar service). We deliver to your forwarder’s Australian street address; they then send the parcel on to you in the US.

Step-by-step
- Choose and sign up with a forwarder. Create an account with your preferred Australian parcel forwarder (e.g., Jetkrate, AUSFF or similar). They’ll give you a unique Australian street address and a suite/reference number.
- Add your forwarder’s address at checkout. On our website, set the shipping country to Australia, curreny to AUD and enter the forwarder’s address exactly as provided, including your suite/reference number.
- Place your order with us. We dispatch to your forwarder using our domestic services (Australia Post/Courier). You’ll receive tracking to the forwarder’s address.
- Forwarder receives your parcel. They’ll notify you, offer any repacking/consolidation, and provide international shipping options to the US.
- Pay onward shipping, duties and taxes. Settle charges with your forwarder and track the international leg through them.

Use the exact format your forwarder provides. A typical format looks like this:

Important: Always include the suite/reference number exactly as issued by your forwarder. Missing or incorrect references can delay delivery.
Duties, taxes & fees
- Any US import duties, taxes, tariffs, carrier handling and customs clearance fees for the international leg are payable by you to your forwarder or the relevant authorities.
- We do not collect US import charges at checkout and we are not the exporter or importer of record for onward shipments.
What we’re responsible for (and what we’re not)
- We’re responsible for your order until it’s delivered to the Australian address you provide for your forwarder and proof of delivery is obtained.
- From that point, risk passes to you. The forwarder acts as your agent for repacking, export and delivery to your US address. We are not affiliated with, or responsible for, any third-party forwarder’s services, pricing, timeframes or handling.
Product restrictions
Certain items may be restricted by forwarders or airlines (e.g., aerosols, some oils/chemicals classified as Dangerous Goods, and some batteries). Please confirm acceptability with your chosen forwarder before ordering.
Returns & exchanges from the US
- Change-of-mind returns/exchanges must be sent back to us in Australia. We can supply return labels only to Australian addresses (including your forwarder).
- Where we are at fault or required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we will cover reasonable return costs to Australia.
FAQs
Can you recommend a forwarder? We don’t endorse any specific provider, but many customers use Jetkrate, AUSFF or similar services. Choose a provider that suits your budget, speed and support needs.
Can the forwarder buy on my behalf? Some offer a “buy for me/concierge” service if a retailer requires local payment methods. Check with your forwarder.
How do I track my order? You’ll get tracking from us to the Australian forwarder. For the international leg to the US, your forwarder will provide separate tracking.
Do you ship directly to the United States? No—we only deliver within Australia to your nominated forwarder for US orders. See Shipping Policy Section 3.5.
