Sugihara Light Type bar is 10% lighter but incredibly durable. It's made from a single piece of heat-treated steel, which is further hardened four times for superior bar-body strength. The rails are treated to HCR50 hardness, offering excellent resistance to wear and chipping. The sprocket nose is securely fastened with three rivets and strong, overlapping ears. The bar has been machined with CNC slots and filled with resin, providing a professional-grade light-weight replacement bar ideal for small Stihl top handle climbing saws.
