Prevention Policy for COVID-19

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
Taking care of both the community and our employees is vital to us.
Work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package, employees wear vinyl gloves and face masks when preparing and packaging orders. We practise 1.5m social distancing.
Similarly we have suspended customer access to our retail display area and workshop during our region or entire Victorian lockdown periods to ensure the health & safety for both our employees and customers.
We offer shipping services as normal or click & collect from our carpark for prepaid orders only. 1.5m social distancing and mask wearing is required for order collection. Appointments are required for all click & collect orders to minimise contact time. All customers are required to scan our QR code using services Victoria App or sign in using our manual registry book.
